ABIL System®, our own technique
ABIL System® (Alvarado Basal Immediate Loading System) is the technique developed by Dr. Miguel Alvarado. Instead of relying on the surface bone, which resorbs over time, the implants are anchored into the cortical basal bone: a deep, dense area where stable support is almost always available.
That single decision is what removes the two things patients dread most about conventional implants: the bone graft and the months of waiting. It also makes the surgery far less invasive, because we do not need to open the gum or expose the bone.

Your whole treatment in a single stay
If you are travelling to Valencia, or you live here and prefer to be treated in English, we organise everything so that the number of trips is kept to a minimum. A full rehabilitation is normally resolved in one stay of about 10 to 12 days.

I have been told I do not have enough bone. Can you still treat me?
In most cases, yes. Basal implants anchor into the deep cortical bone, an area that does not resorb over time and where there is almost always stable support. That is why we can treat severe bone loss without grafting or sinus lifts. If after studying your case you are not a candidate, we will tell you honestly.
How long does the whole treatment take?
You leave the surgery with fixed provisional teeth on the same day. The definitive zirconia prosthesis is fitted around 7 to 10 days later, and at that point your treatment is complete.
Does the surgery hurt?
No. It is performed under local anaesthetic and, if you need it, conscious sedation. Because we do not open the gum or place stitches, the post-operative period is very comfortable.
Do you speak English at the clinic?
Yes. We treat international patients and residents in Valencia regularly, and you can write to us in English on WhatsApp before you come.
